HSE

Centralam is obliged to create hazard‐free workplaces for our employees, clients, suppliers and contractors, and others who visit our locations by applying high standards of occupational health and safety.  It is our obligation to adhere to highest demeanor and implement best practice, learn for others and as minimum comply with local laws and legislations, and always comply with port/site/vessel related safety regulations, including what is legally required.

Each employee is responsible for complying with the safety instructions and for using personal protection equipment when required and where required, and each employee is responsible for reporting on any shortcomings regarding safety instructions or protection measures; which can impact Centralam employees or third party.

Anti‐corruption

No employee may, directly or indirectly, promise, offer, pay, solicit, or accept bribes or kickbacks of any kind, including money, benefits, services or anything of value. Such payments and favors may be considered bribery violating local legislation and internationally recognized principles for combating corruption and bribery.

Environment

Centralam has a responsibility to conduct business with a responsible approach to environmental issues. This is in particular related to use of packing materials and resources utilization in order to operate with minimum green impact. Presence of asbestos materials products sold cannot occur, we operate in compliance with “SOLAS Regulation 3‐5 Chapter II‐1, Part A‐1”.

Respect for human rights

All employees of Centralam are all obliged to show respect for and protect human rights. No employee is allowed to take any action that violates these human rights principles, either directly or indirectly. Centralam will not conduct business with any party failing to respect human rights.

Conflicts of interest

Centralam demand full loyalty from employees. Employees must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with those of Centralam. It is not allowed to accept gifts or entertainment from stakeholders, including suppliers, except for gifts of minor value given on an occasional basis, and these have to be reported to management in each case, in order to not create a conflict of interest.

Disclosure of information

Centralam regard our knowledge as our most valuable asset, and employee must not disclose information that is related to our business values or data, including operational methods, values or connections to third party.

Reporting violations

Any Centralam employee or stakeholder becoming aware of a potential violation of the Business Principles must contact the management, CEO and or Administration Manager who will investigate all reported matters with discretion. Centralam will not take any adverse actions, as a result of such reporting made in good faith of what he or she believes to be a violation of the Business Principles.
